Ant Treatment for Urban Residential Homes for Argentine Ants or White Footed Ants (up to 3 bedrooms)
Our ant treatment service is available for $300 + gst and includes:
Initial Treatment:
- Exterior ant treatment
- 3-month callback guarantee for any re-infestation which can include interior baiting or precision dusting
Note: Ants are an ongoing maintenance issue due to their persistent nature and nesting habits. While the initial treatment is effective, long-term control often requires regular maintenance.
Ongoing Quarterly Ant Treatment Plan
After the initial 3-month guarantee period, we recommend joining our Quarterly Maintenance Plan for continued protection:
- $150 + GST per treatment (every 3 months)
- Flexible: No locked-in contract
- 3-week grace period after your initial guarantee ends to join the plan
This ensures your home remains protected year-round with proactive treatments.
Bumblebees
Bumble Bees nest relocation- $135 per nest. Extermination (if we can’t convince you to leave them alone)- $135 per nest. 3 month guarantee.
Honeybees
Swarm relocation- Free of Charge. Hive in structural cavity extermination $135. 3 month guarantee
Bed Bug Treatment
One bedroom with one or two beds $450 and $350 for each additional room (2 beds maximum) if treated on the same visit. 3 months guarantee.
Borer Treatment
Priced after a survey. Cost of Survey is $135.
Feral Cats Removal
$350 per cat caught. Humane management of caught cats through Wellington SPCA or Vet clinics.
Wood, Gisborne or Native Cockroaches

Flea Treatment

Fly & Flying Insect Treatment
We are against spreading poisons on your walls and ceilings. We recommend the installation of fly screens by qualified aluminium or wood joiners.
Mice
Cost is $220. The guarantee or free call back period is 3 months. This includes providing long-term proofing recommendation if feasible.
Rats
Cost is $220. The guarantee or free call back period is 3 months. This includes providing long-term proofing recommendation if feasible.
Removal of Rodent Carcasses
We will spend up to 30 minutes to attempt to remove any reachable rodent carcass and charge $160 + GST for the visit. We will charge $50 + GST per additional 15 minute slot.
Possum Removal
Rent and Service of multi-killing devices or live traps and humane management option ($350 per possum caught. Humane management of caught possums through Wellington SPCA).
Exterior Cosmetic Treatment
One bedroom house $230

Four bedroom house $391.
3 month guarantee (we don’t guarantee the total elimination of spiders). This treatment will help REDUCE the number of spiders entering and will not get rid of the spiders that reside in your home already.
Interior Treatments
We don’t treat homes internally against spiders for health and safety reasons.
Wasp Nest Treatment & Removal Pricing
Standard Treatment
- $135 per visit – Includes extermination of up to 3 active wasp nests on the same property
- Treatment applies to known, accessible nests only
We do not remove live wasp nests. Nests must be treated (wasps exterminated) before removal.
Nest Removal (Post-Treatment)
- If a second visit is required to remove a treated, exposed, and safely reachable nest:
→ Additional $135 minimum charge - If extra time is needed for the removal due to complexity:
→ $50 per additional 15-minute interval
No Nest Found?
- If we attend and no wasp nests are located:
→ A 20-minute inspection will be carried out
→ Flat fee of $135 applies
Property Inspection
$135 per 30 minutes or $135 for a call out fee or for false alerts or no-one-home fee.
